Independent MPC vaults per desk, strategy or mandate.
M-of-N trustless MPC audited by Kudelski Security.
Weighted approvals and cryptographic policy on every outbound transfer.
No AUM percentage, no per-asset fees, no volume ceiling.
We fund network fees on every supported chain. No native-token float to maintain.
Partners & infrastructure
The platform
Buy custody once and grow into wallet infrastructure without a migration, a second vendor or a new security review. The control model you approve on day one is the control model you keep at 100× the volume.
01
Unlimited segregated MPC vaults with weighted signers, custom thresholds and per-vault transaction policy. Hold, trade and settle digital assets under one policy engine.
02
Generate unlimited unique deposit addresses from one MPC vault via API in milliseconds, with recoverability, per-customer attribution and role-based access intact.
How trustless MPC works
Traditional crypto custody concentrates risk in one key, one signer or one provider. Every large loss in this industry traces back to exactly that. Trustless multi-party computation distributes weighted signing authority across as many parties as your governance requires and produces a valid signature without any party ever seeing the whole key.
Compromise one share and nothing happens. Lose a signer and the threshold still signs. At no point in the lifecycle (creation, signing, storage) is there a single key to steal, lose or coerce.
Key shares are generated jointly at vault creation. No complete key ever exists, anywhere, at any point in the lifecycle.
Key shares live in hardware-protected environments and are never brought together. Vault weights and thresholds are configured to match your governance.
A quorum contributes shares to compute each signature collectively. Below the threshold, nothing moves.
BIP39-based recovery is built into the vault architecture and independently audited, so continuity never hinges on a single system.
Platform capabilities
Vaults
Spin up as many independent MPC vaults as your desk structure needs, instantly and self-service, at no extra cost per vault.
Governance
Unlimited signers with per-vault weights and approval thresholds that mirror your internal authority instead of fighting it.
Access
Role-based access for every employee: who can view, create addresses, initiate, approve and administer, defined per vault and per action.
Policy
Constrain outbound flow by counterparty, asset, amount and time. Enforced cryptographically, not by convention or trust.
Compliance
Every inbound deposit and outbound counterparty is screened against sanctions and risk data before funds move. Screening is included, not an add-on.
Recovery
Audited, BIP39-based recovery is built into the vault architecture, so continuity never hinges on a single system.
Who we serve
Every vault structure we deploy starts from how your desk already works: who approves what, at which limit, under which mandate.
Same-day settlement with counterparty allow-lists and dual control on every leg.
Segregated vaults per strategy or mandate, with auditable approval trails for LPs and administrators.
High-volume deposit and payout flows automated behind policy, with per-customer attribution.
Ship wallet features and per-customer deposit addresses without building custody infrastructure yourself.
Board-grade authority structures for holding digital assets on balance sheet, evidenced for audit.
Why teams switch
| Decision point | Single-key custody | Nodus360 |
|---|---|---|
| Where the private key lives | One complete key, in one place | Nowhere; it exists only as distributed shares |
| Single point of failure | Whoever holds the key: hardware, insider or process | None; compromising one share moves nothing |
| Approvals | Operational process and trust in it | Weighted quorums and policy enforced cryptographically, 24/7 |
| Pricing model | Basis points on assets under custody | Flat platform fee with network fees included, no AUM cut, no volume cap |
| Disaster recovery | Bound to one vendor's systems and process | Audited BIP39 recovery built into the vault architecture |

If yours is not here, ask us directly. We answer in plain language and put it in writing.
Custody runs on io.finnet's independently audited trustless MPC. A complete private key never exists. Signing authority is split into distributed shares, and a weighted quorum computes each signature collectively. Assets sit in segregated vaults governed by your approval policy.
Trustless multi-party computation splits signing authority into shares held by different parties. A valid signature is computed collectively without the private key ever being assembled in one place, so there is no single key to steal.
More than 60 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and XRP Ledger, with automatic support for any ERC-20 token. Ask us for the current list for your specific assets.
No, and network fees are included in your flat platform fee. Nodus360 funds gas on the chains we support, so your team does not have to hold native tokens on each network or watch and top up balances before a transfer can go out. On a multi-chain treasury that is a standing operational job, and a cost line, that we take off your desk.
Every vault is built on infrastructure with audited, BIP39-based disaster recovery, so continuity does not hinge on any single system. Ask us for the recovery documentation during onboarding. We would rather show you than ask for trust.
Flat, predictable platform fees. We do not take a percentage of assets under custody, do not charge per asset or per vault, and do not cap your volume. Network fees are included, so gas is not a separate line on your invoice. Signer changes when your team changes are free.
A custody vault is where treasury assets sit under a governance quorum. Wallet-as-a-Service generates unlimited unique deposit addresses from one MPC vault via API, so you can attribute customer deposits at scale without creating a vault per user.
Typically one to two weeks: a 30-minute structure call, a written vault and policy proposal, then a guided vault setup with your approvers. We stay on the call for your first live transaction.
Tell us how your desk operates and we will map the vault structure, signer roles and approval policy with you, in writing, before you commit to anything.
